Approve the digital preview
We put a preview of the model from several angles in your account. Changes are made at this stage, and production starts only once you approve.
Made, checked and delivered
Your topper is made, finished and quality-checked, then delivered with tracking in 6 to 8 weeks.

Lead times
Allow 6 to 8 weeks. We recommend ordering about three months before the wedding, so there’s time for your photos and the preview. December to March is peak wedding season, so order early for summer dates.

Frequently asked questions
What photos do you need?
Clear, well-lit photos of each face from the front and both sides, plus a couple of full-length photos. Dress and suit fitting photos are ideal for the outfits. Retailer photos work if you don’t have the outfits yet. Phone photos are fine. You upload them in your account after you order, and we’ll tell you if anything else is needed.
Do you make toppers for every couple?
Yes. We model whoever is getting married in whatever they’re wearing.
What’s the difference between full colour and single colour?
Both have the same likeness and detail. Full colour shows faces, hair, outfits and flowers in their own colours. Single colour is made in one colour of your choice. Full colour is $299 and single colour $199. Our photos show white and cream. Other colours are available on request.
Can the outfits be kept secret?
Yes. Tell us when you upload your photos, and email the outfit photos to us separately. We’ll send that part of the preview only to the person it belongs to.
Will we see it before it’s made?
Yes. We put a digital preview from several angles in your account. Changes are made at this stage, and production starts only once you approve.
What are additional figures?
An additional figure is an extra copy of the bride or groom figure from your topper, made from the same model. Each copy is $149 in full colour or $99 in single colour. They suit a second cake, a keepsake or a gift for family. For other people or pets, see our custom figures.
How big is it?
The groom figure is about 125 mm tall and the bride about 115 mm. Other sizes are available on request. That suits most tiered wedding cakes.
Can it go directly on the cake?
Toppers are decorative and not made for contact with food. Place the topper on a small cake card rather than directly on the icing. Remove it before the cake is cut, and let your cake maker know it’s coming.
When will it arrive?
Allow 6 to 8 weeks. Tell us your wedding date when you upload your photos, and we’ll time dispatch for delivery well before the day. If it arrives damaged, contact us straight away and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
How does payment work?
You pay in full at checkout. Then you upload your photos in your account. If your photos won’t support a good likeness, we’ll tell you before modelling and refund you in full. See our terms of sale.
How long does the introductory offer last?
Limited introductory price. The regular price applies once the offer ends. The price you pay at checkout is the price of your order.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use it for one step. AI-assisted software produces a rough first model from your photos. The likeness, detail, colour and finishing are done by us. Our privacy policy explains how your photos are handled.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in New Zealand or Australia with tracking. A flat rate is added at checkout. We ship worldwide. Outside New Zealand and Australia, shipping is quoted individually.
What if we’re not happy with it?
Likeness is agreed at the preview stage, before production. Because each topper is made to order, it can’t be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or doesn’t match what was agreed, we’ll repair, replace or refund it. See shipping and returns.
